I know, I know. It’s been a while since I have cooked anything…..and boy does it show.
This was a rough one guys, and I thought it was going to be so easy!
I made Baked Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken and you can find the recipe here.
It was fine until I put it in the oven. None of the brown sugar mixture actually stayed on the chicken. As it was melting, it all slid off of the chicken, and it burned on the bottom of the pan.
Things I learned today:
1. My luck finally ran out (I knew it was too good to be true)
2. Easy recipes are not always the best recipes 🙂
Anyway, I hope if you try this, it will turn out better for you!
